Who is responsible

What we handle and why

Only if you join the waitlist: your email, the website language and, if you choose, what your home is like and how you heard about us. We also keep the date you agreed and which version of the text you agreed to. We use it for one thing: sending you a beta code when there's a place, and knowing what kinds of homes are waiting.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; that doesn't affect anything before.

How long

Until we invite you to the beta, and at most 365 days from when you joined; after that, the entry deletes itself. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Stopping spam

To slow down bots, we compute a one-way hash of your IP address and count attempts over an hour. Your IP isn't stored, and the hash is deleted after 24 hours.

Who else is involved

The website and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), acting as our processor under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. When someone joins, we may get an email notice through Resend; that notice contains neither your email nor anything that identifies you.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We don't sell, rent or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@favokin.com. If you think we've got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
